About the Role
Join a growing general contractor with in-house expertise in wood, modular, and MEP services. Take on strategic MEP procurement, enjoy genuine negotiation scope, and manage the awarding of entire trades.
Responsibilities
- Strategic MEP procurement with genuine scope for design
- Technical procurement and awarding of MEP trades (HVAC, Electrical)
- Obtaining, reviewing, and negotiating subcontractor and supplier bids
- Conducting awarding negotiations with calculation and project management
- Supplier and subcontractor management in the MEP sector
- Monitoring the market, prices, and conditions
- Optimizing procurement processes
Requirements
- Commercial or technical degree or comparable training
- Experience in technical procurement, ideally with an MEP focus
- Technical understanding of building services trades
- Negotiation skills and cost awareness
- Very good German language skills (min. C1)
