Responsibilities

- Act as the interface between planners, cost estimation, purchasing, and site management.
- Review plans for clashes and feasibility.
- Participate in BIM coordination.
- Track planning statuses and approvals.
Requirements
- Degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, or a comparable field.
- Experience in planning, planning coordination, or site management.
- Knowledge of BIM/CAD and the planning process.
- Structured and communicative work style.
- Very good German language skills (at least C1).
