About the Role
Join our team and help shape a positive safety culture with strong management support, short communication lines, and the opportunity to make a real impact. We are looking for a Safety Specialist (m/f/d) to contribute to our mission.
Responsibilities
- Advise management and executives on occupational safety matters (ASiG).
- Create and update risk assessments.
- Conduct safety inspections on construction sites and in operational facilities.
- Investigate accidents and derive corrective actions.
- Provide training and instruction to employees.
- Further develop the safety culture.
Requirements
- Training as a Safety Specialist (SiFa) according to ASiG.
- Technical basic training (Master Craftsman, Technician, or degree).
- Experience in occupational safety, preferably in construction.
- Assertiveness and strong communication skills.
- Very good German language skills (at least C1).
