About the Role
The Cybersecurity Requirements Manager is responsible for deriving and managing cybersecurity requirements for MCU/SoC and software products. This role establishes appropriate cybersecurity goals based on regulations like UN R155 and supports their achievement. The position involves researching and communicating market trends in cybersecurity requirements to stakeholders and coordinating with global development and quality assurance departments.
Responsibilities
- Derivation and management of cybersecurity requirements for MCU/SoC and software products, including threat analysis and creation of requirements specifications.
- Research on the latest market trends regarding cybersecurity requirements.
- Creation and communication of cybersecurity roadmaps, both internally and externally.
- Proposing improvements to the cybersecurity requirements management process.
- Demonstrating leadership across departments and in external engagements.
Requirements
- Experience in cybersecurity development or requirements development for MCUs/SoCs and software products.
- Understanding of cybersecurity development processes.
- Strong communication skills capable of effectively explaining and coordinating technical matters with stakeholders, such as customers and management.
- Deep understanding of MCU/SoC security use cases, including encryption, secure boot, secure updates, and product lifecycles.
- Understanding of automotive E/E architectures and cybersecurity.
- Experience leading product specification definition as a requirements manager in development projects.
- Experience formulating cross-product cybersecurity strategies and roadmaps.
- Can have daily conversation (around TOEIC 600 points).
