About the Role
Contribute to the design of landscapes and public spaces at various scales while developing your skills as part of a collaborative and interdisciplinary design team. Assist throughout the design process under routine guidance and adhere to firm and project goals and standards of excellence in landscape design, execution, and Living Design.
Responsibilities
- Contribute creative ideas, curiosity, and a strong design sensibility to landscape and public realm projects.
- Assist in the preparation of drawings for schematic design, design development, and construction documents.
- Assist in developing design sketches, renderings, models, diagrams, and graphics for presentation materials.
- Support project teams through digital modelling, physical model building, visualization, research, and rendering.
- Explore sites through research, analysis, observation, mapping, and other quantitative and qualitative methods.
- Compile data and perform design computations.
- Use a creative approach to complete tasks and responsibilities on projects in an organized, timely, and consistent way.
- Self-check work for accuracy, omissions, legibility, and document compliance in accordance with the Project Delivery Manual.
- Ask questions, share ideas, and express curiosity about landscape architecture, cities, design, and the wider world.
- Take increasing ownership of individual tasks while contributing to project teams and Boston studio activities.
- Participate actively in design reviews, charrettes, workshops, and pin-ups.
- Keep open communication within the team and with designated team leaders.
- Communicate ideas and design thinking clearly through drawings, diagrams, models, graphics, and conversation.
- Collaborate with colleagues across disciplines and assist with coordination among partners and consultants.

Salary/Compensations
- $60,300 - $77,000
