About the Role

As a Project Manager - Global Health, you will manage consulting projects, guide teams, and advise senior clients in the global health sector. You will be accountable for project delivery, quality, and budget, helping clients develop strategic plans and optimize their impact. You will also contribute to the SEEK management team and the professional growth of its members.

Responsibilities

Cultivate close relationships with senior clients, acting as a trusted advisor.
Identify opportunities to serve existing and new clients and drive proposal creation.
Take ownership of building the firm and steering internal initiatives.
Deliver high-quality, high-impact work on client engagements.
Direct the day-to-day running of client projects in global health.
Guide teams in problem structuring, analysis, solution development, and risk anticipation.
Staff teams for client impact and consultant development through mentoring and coaching.
Shape SEEK’s culture by cultivating belonging and role-modeling values.
Co-lead SEEK's global health practice, developing and delivering its strategy.
Build the practice's knowledge, offerings, and reputation.
Contribute to the development of new products, approaches, and tools.

Requirements

Passionate about social impact and global development, particularly global health.
Curious, strategic, and able to think holistically.
Committed self-starter with an entrepreneurial spirit.
Substantive technical knowledge of at least two global health areas relevant to SEEK's client base, with depth in at least one.
Ability to build credibility quickly in other global health areas.
Deep working knowledge of global health current issues/debates, architecture, actors, political dynamics, and funding streams.
Experience working within a global health organization or demonstrated equivalent depth of engagement with the global health ecosystem.
Established network in the global health ecosystem, with relationships across key organizations.
Experience in a leading strategy consulting firm or comparable setting.
Strong consulting skills including structured problem-solving, hypothesis-driven analysis, facilitation, team management, project management, people development, client counseling, and delivery of recommendations.
Track record of delivering complex, multi-stakeholder consulting engagements to high quality standards, on time and within scope.
Proven business development experience, including identifying leads, building client relationships, and steering proposal development.
Track record of successfully converting opportunities into engagements.
Advanced degree in business, public administration, economics, global public health, or a related field.
Strong analytical skills.
Ability to communicate complex ideas clearly and present information insightfully.
Committed to social impact and comfortable operating with autonomy in an entrepreneurial, fast-paced environment.
Experience in at least two of the following: strategy, organizational development, strategic advocacy.
Fluent in English.
German or French is an additional advantage.
