About the Role
Triangle Services Division, Century Direct Solutions, located in Islandia, NY, is a printer/mailer specializing in data management, data processing and personalized printing. We have an exceptional opportunity for a Senior Mechanic to maintain and keep all equipment under their supervision in proper working order.
Responsibilities
- Set up and verify jobs according to the worksheet.
- Zero machines at the time of each setup with at minimum of 1000 pcs.
- Get approval from the customer service rep. when the job is set up.
- Maintain all equipment responsible for in perfect working order, including cleaning, lubrication, and repairs.
- Troubleshoot all machines which he/she is responsible for.
- Answer operator questions pertaining to the equipment being worked on.
- Work in other areas concerning maintenance of equipment and building not related to their primary job function.
- Keep their area clean.
- Check back with operators that have had earlier problems to make sure they are alright.
- Anticipate any needs an operator may need.

- Experience in a related field preferred.
