About the Role
B and B Maintenance is seeking a dedicated and trustworthy Janitorial Supervisor to oversee operations in Rochester, NY and surrounding areas. The ideal candidate is a team player with the drive to exceed expectations and maintain a clean, safe workplace.
Responsibilities
- Supervise, hire, and train employees.
- Travel between locations within the territory and clean locations in the event of an employee call-off.
- Order and stock cleaning supplies.
- Perform and document routine site inspections.
- Perform scheduled project work.
- Follow all health and safety regulations.
- Complete all necessary trainings provided by the corporate office.
Requirements
- Dependable, punctual, and detail-oriented.
- Must possess a valid Driver's License and reliable transportation.
- Basic technology proficiency, including smartphone use, internet navigation, email, and online report submission.
- Must pass a background check, drug test, and E-Verify.
- Experience in management/leadership and cleaning is preferred.
- Carpet, floor, or window cleaning experience is preferred.
- Willingness to learn, grow, and succeed within the company.
