About the Role

We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly motivated individual to lead the execution of our occasions campaigns. This role involves owning strategy development, implementation, and guiding cross-functional teams on best practices, timelines, and campaign launches. You will become an expert in internal tooling, craft the roadmap for occasion rollouts, and identify areas for process streamlining.

Responsibilities

  • Own the preparation and implementation of the execution plan for key initiatives and occasions.
  • Create campaigns, set up experiments, conduct testing sessions, and implement in-app content.
  • Collaborate across internal marketing and operations teams, maintaining documentation and communicating project status.
  • Adhere to deadlines for campaign launches.
  • Thoroughly review and test campaigns to ensure they meet design standards and merchandising guidelines.
  • Keep the user experience in mind during campaign review and testing.
  • Build documentation and setup guides.
  • Conduct trainings for operators to ensure effective execution.
  • Become an expert on consumer-first merchandising principles and internal tooling.
  • Lead cross-functional processes and forums.

Requirements

  • 1-2 years of experience in strategy and operations, project management, growth strategy, or banking.
  • Track record of owning key initiatives and hitting goals.
  • Proven success in a cross-functional team environment.
  • Ability to excel as a generalist and specialist, building overarching strategy and diving deep into specific issues.
  • Bias for action and a track record of leading initiatives.
  • Ability to bring structure, organization, and focus to work.
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams, including product, marketing, ads and promos, design, and other S&O functions.
  • Highly organized with the ability to efficiently manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Expert written and verbal communication skills.
  • Optimistic and collaborative problem-solver.
  • Meticulous with strong attention to detail.
  • Comfortable working with data in Excel/Google Sheets.
  • Willingness to learn basic SQL.
