About the Role
AO Globe Life is hiring Remote Client Support Specialists to join our fully remote, mission-driven team. This opportunity is ideal for recent or soon-to-be graduates in business, marketing, communications—or for individuals who thrive in a people-centered, service-first environment. With comprehensive training, inbound client interest, and a structured mentorship program, you’ll have the support needed to build a meaningful, long-term career from anywhere in the United States.
Responsibilities
- Conduct virtual consultations with clients via Zoom
- Guide individuals and families through personalized supplemental benefit options
- Support clients throughout the enrollment process with clarity and professionalism
- Maintain accurate digital documentation and manage follow-up communication
- Deliver high-quality, client-focused service
- Participate in ongoing mentorship, professional development, and team training
- Build strong, long-term client relationships
Requirements
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Organized, self-motivated, and comfortable working independently
- Confident in virtual meetings and familiar with digital tools
- Passionate about helping others and contributing to a mission-driven organization
- Customer service or consultative experience preferred, not required
- Authorized to work in the United States
- Reliable internet connection and Windows-based laptop or PC with webcam
