About the Role
Serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Hotels & Resorts. Monitor and patrol assigned areas, maintain a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents, and deliver exceptional customer service to guests and staff. Communicate professionally, respond to concerns, and support a welcoming environment.
Responsibilities
- Provide customer service to guests, visitors, and team members by carrying out security-related procedures, location-specific policies, and, when appropriate, emergency response activities.
- Respond to guest concerns, incidents, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, escalating matters according to established procedures.
- Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of hotel and resort buildings, guest areas, parking locations, amenities, and perimeter areas to help deter unauthorized activity.
- Monitor access points and observe activity throughout the location, reporting unusual conditions, maintenance concerns, and security-related incidents to appropriate personnel.
- Maintain accurate daily activity reports and incident documentation while communicating professionally with location management, staff, guests, and responding public services.
Requirements
- Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles.
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
- Applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
- Applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
- Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
- A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
