About the Role
As a Wild Fork Sr. Sales Leader, you will manage a team of brand ambassadors, providing guidance and leadership to inspire optimal performance. You will ensure proper inventory control, monitor store operations, and become a community resource for food expertise. Responsibilities
- Oversee all aspects of team management, including recruiting, hiring, training, scheduling, performance evaluations, and disciplinary actions.
- Create an inspiring team environment with open communication, high energy, and a respectful culture.
- Drive store traffic by leading and initiating community events and branding efforts.
- Embody company core values and lead by example.
- Provide training to enhance employee knowledge and utilize cross-training for productivity.
- Establish and achieve the highest standard of store execution.
- Offer sufficient resources and autonomy to build trust and ownership.
- Deliver exceptional customer experiences by sharing a passion for food and becoming a product expert.
- Maintain and replenish inventory, communicating store needs to distribution and commercial teams.
- Develop strategic plans to increase customer traffic and average basket size.
- Conduct regular audits to ensure store presentation and proper functioning.
- Ensure all employees adhere to company policies and guidelines.
- Provide leadership and guidance for Human Resources functions.
- Maximize productivity through effective scheduling.
- Take full ownership of the store’s Profit and Loss (P&L) performance, including analyzing financial reports, managing expenses, and driving sales.
- Execute other related duties as assigned.
Requirements
- 5+ years of retail, hospitality, grocery, or restaurant experience.
- At least three years in a management capacity required.
- Proven success in coaching and training employees.
- Strong understanding of sales drivers and customer service.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Experience with recruiting and performance evaluation processes.
- Ability to delegate tasks to other team members.
- Be determined and deliver superior results with a sense of urgency, time management, and prioritization.
- Take ownership and responsibility to be successful.

- Strong cognitive skills, including problem analyzing.
- Demonstrated ability to meet and work within a budget.
