About the Role

The Experience Center Coordinator (CEC) is the core logistics person for the Crestron Experience Center (CEC), ensuring smooth operations from calendar coordination to site preparation. This role manages the visit calendar, logistics, and support for a dynamic center where top sellers close major deals. The ideal candidate possesses a can-do attitude, excels at managing multiple moving parts, and focuses on service excellence.

Responsibilities

  • Reinforce the effectiveness of the Experience Center Program booking process for the New York location with a customer service focus.
  • Build trust through strong relationship-building skills among peers and leaders.
  • Support the planning process for all upcoming visit requests, including planning discussions, agenda building, catering requests, and tour coordination.
  • Enhance the customer experience with detail-oriented day-of site preparation, logistics, and hosting, including room preparation and possible demo support.
  • Provide logistical support to Experience and Technical Marketing teams, including ordering and tracking products for US centers, managing vendor relationships, and related inventory.
  • Assist in the improvements of technical systems as needed, which may include internal websites and/or booking systems.
  • Help create unique experiences for customers, dealers, and partners.

Requirements

  • Bachelors' degree in Marketing preferred, or equivalent experience (e.g., 3 years hospitality experience or related customer service field).
  • 3 - 5 years' experience in a service/support-oriented office or events role.
  • 3 - 5 years' experience as part of a cross-functional or team-based operation.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams, Powerpoint).
  • Familiarity with CRM systems, visitor management tools, and basic reporting.
  • Comfort level/interest in Audio-Video technologies is preferred.
  • Ability to be on-site 5 days per week at the midtown Manhattan Experience Center located at 200 Lexington Avenue, New York, NY 10016.
