About the Role
Perform assigned production and assembly tasks, maintain quality standards, and work with team members to maximize productivity and efficiency in a manufacturing/warehouse setting.
Responsibilities
- Prepare components for shipment.
- Build, package, and assemble products.
- Safely operate production equipment.
- Use work orders, inventory transfer orders, or production schedules to pick inventory items.
- Pack orders for shipment and complete necessary paperwork.
- Review products for quality control and complete rework if necessary.
- Move materials between locations to ensure continuous production.
- Report production problems to the Impacto Warehouse Supervisor.
- Maintain a safe and clean working environment.
- Attend and complete all required in-services.
- Adhere to all agency policies and procedures.
- Perform other duties as requested.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED preferred.
- Manufacturing experience preferred.
- Must be able to lift 50 lbs.
- Authorized to work in the United States.
