About the Role
We are looking for Store Managers (General Managers) to lead our teams, drive energy, and own results within JOE & THE JUICE stores across the UK. This role is about leadership in action, setting the tone, building culture, and leading from the front to create a high-energy environment where the team performs, connects, and grows.
Responsibilities
- Lead with energy, setting the pace and standard every shift.
- Build, coach, and develop a strong, engaged team and grow the leaders of tomorrow.
- Own the guest experience, ensuring it is fast, friendly, and unforgettable.
- Drive performance across sales, operations, and service.
- Keep the store running smoothly, cleanly, and efficiently.
