About the Role
Lead one of SFO's busiest, most loved quick-serve dining spots. Amoura:Fresh Mediterranean is a fast-casual, quick-serve restaurant bringing bright, scratch-made Mediterranean food to millions of travelers a year. We're looking for a General Manager who can run a high-volume, fast-paced airport operation with the same care and energy we put into every plate. Responsibilities
- Own the day-to-day: operations, guest experience, food quality, speed of service, and financial performance
- Build, coach, and retain a strong team; lead hiring, scheduling, and training
- Drive sales and manage labor, food cost, and inventory to hit targets
- Keep the line moving and throughput high during peak travel rushes
- Manage the Toast POS system, including menu updates, reporting, and daily reconciliation
- Keep us audit-ready on health, safety, airport, and union standards
- Partner with Amoura leadership on menu launches, promotions, and growth
- Be the face of the restaurant to guests, airport partners, and vendors
Requirements
- 3+ years managing a high-volume quick-serve, fast-casual, or foodservice operation
- Strong P&L skills and a track record of hitting cost and sales goals
- Proficiency with Toast POS (or a comparable restaurant POS system)
- A people-first leadership style, with experience in a union environment a plus
- ServSafe Manager certification (or ability to obtain quickly)
- Ability to pass an SFO security badge background check
- Flexibility to work early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
- Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus
