About the Role
The Cashier/Receptionist will handle daily customer interactions, manage phone lines, assist with scheduling, and process payments in a dynamic dealership environment.
Responsibilities
- Answer dealership group phones
- Greet and receive prospects and customers
- Direct customers to the correct department
- Notify the appropriate person that a customer is waiting
- Introduce the customer to the service advisor
- Work cooperatively with all departments and other internal teams
- Communicate with callers and visitors in a professional, friendly, and efficient manner
- Receive payments for Service and Parts tickets
- Complete loaner vehicle paperwork
- Type memos, correspondence, reports, and other documents
- Assist in scheduling and confirming service appointments
- Perform other duties as assigned
Requirements
