About the Role

The Office Administrator (OA) provides general office support, acting as a liaison between the local Region and Red Bull Distribution Company’s (RBDC’s) Finance and Human Resources Service Center. OAs embody the RBDC Values: Professionalism, Focus, Passion, & Responsibility.

Responsibilities

  • Support the regional administrative needs of the General Sales Manager (GSM) and branch operations.
  • Provide Human Resources, Finance, and Sales support functions.
  • Manage all office administrative activities, including daily mail, package deliveries/shipments, office supply ordering, and equipment maintenance.
  • Support the RBDC Finance Shared Services Center with daily route paperwork, payroll processing, and customer account inquiries.
  • Perform the Encompass Route Accounting System Daily Balancing Function for all routes in the assigned facility and ensure all necessary documentation is collected.
  • Act as a key partner to the HRBPs by consulting on questions regarding key HR policies and procedures.
  • Assist the RBDC HR Department with new hire paperwork, timecard tracking, recruiting paperwork, and general HR process/policy questions.
  • Professionally answer all incoming office phone calls and direct them accordingly.
  • Ensure proper filing and adherence to record retention policies.
  • Plan, coordinate, and organize meetings and events.
  • Code and obtain GM approval for all Operating Expenses.
  • Support sales with Tell-Sell calling duties where applicable.
  • Assist employees in maintaining records required for compliance with internal policy, State and Federal regulations.
  • Work collaboratively across the organization and share best practices.
  • Lead by example and adhere to Company standards & RB Values.
  • Provide professional representation of the company and Red Bull brand when in the market.

Requirements

  • Prior customer service, human resources, office management, and accounting experience preferred.
  • Accounting experience is a plus.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to set and handle multiple priorities.
  • Exceptional time management skills and punctuality.
  • English; additional languages an advantage.

Salary/Compensations

  • $43,264 - $64,896
