About the Role
The Sales Manager will be the driving force behind generating new sales leads and contacts. This role involves identifying sales leads, developing proposals, pitching goods and services to new clients, and maintaining strong relationships with both new and existing contacts. The Sales Manager will also oversee the handover process to the delivery team to ensure program excellence.
Responsibilities
- Support the Head of Business Development in identifying and pursuing new business opportunities.
- Establish strategic partnerships and grow the company's client portfolio.
- Conduct primary market and customer research to understand the Korean startup industry landscape, market trends, and competitor activities.
- Identify potential business opportunities and develop effective expansion strategies.
- Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including potential clients, partners, and industry influencers.
- Evaluate potential business opportunities, identify risks and challenges, and develop creative solutions.
- Meet and exceed sales targets, drive revenue growth, and generate business opportunities aligned with company goals.
- Develop and implement business development strategies, including market segmentation, targeting, and positioning.
- Collaborate effectively with cross-functional and global teams, including marketing, finance, and operations.
- Collaborate with the product development team to design and negotiate proposals aligned with Brinc Korea's product line.
- Negotiate and deliver persuasive presentations to key decision-makers.
- Collaborate with the delivery team to ensure seamless project handover and program excellence.
- Adapt to changing market conditions and adjust strategies as needed in a fast-paced, dynamic, and global environment.
Requirements
- 3 to 5 years of experience.
- Proven track record in business development.
- In-depth industry knowledge and research skills.
- Strong networking and relationship-building abilities.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
- Results-oriented mindset with strategic thinking abilities.
- Team player with flexibility and adaptability.
- Native in Korean and professionally fluent in English (both verbally and in writing).
- Preferably Korean National (Work Visa won't be supported).
