  • Create an exceptional customer journey through consistent standards, visual merchandising, and dedicated teams.

Requirements

  • Proven leader of large teams in a fast-paced retail environment with a focus on delivery, standards, and results.
  • Proficient in managing all aspects of store performance, including commercial, visual, operations, and people.
  • Clear and direct communicator, capable of making difficult decisions and gaining team buy-in.
  • Strong skills in planning, performance management, and resilience, balancing strategic vision with detail.
  • Confident in using digital tools, data, and systems for decision-making and coaching others.
  • Skilled in building partnerships across teams, peers, and regions to share insights and solve problems.
