About the Role
The Chef De Partie is responsible for ensuring the smooth running of their assigned section in the kitchen, maintaining hotel standards, and preparing food daily according to business needs.
Responsibilities
- Organize the shift for the assigned section, ensuring all kitchen areas meet hotel standards.
- Organize shift selection regarding mis-en-place production and service.
- Assign tasks to Demi Chef de Partie, 1st, and Commis Chefs and verify correct execution.
- Maintain good employee relations and motivate staff.
- Ensure one-to-one training is conducted and understood.
- Complete daily checklists for mis-en-place, food storage, and fridge checks.

- Confident using knives and standard kitchen equipment.
- Positive and friendly attitude.
- Ability to work well as part of a team.
