About the Role
As a nursing expert, you will support and guide your team of nursing assistants, caregivers, and domestic staff, regularly exchanging information on professional and organizational matters. You will also perform light housekeeping tasks such as tidying up or cleaning.
Responsibilities
- Provide care for individuals in their homes and in senior shared living facilities in the Fennpfuhl residential area.
- Travel by bicycle to provide care.
- Conduct regular nursing visits and perform medical treatments, independently creating care plans.
- Assist clients with basic care needs.
- Maintain direct contact with therapists and doctors, coordinating necessary measures and therapies.
- Accompany and support client admission processes.
- Regularly exchange information, advise on, and guide nursing risk management.
- Perform light housekeeping duties, such as tidying up or cleaning.
Requirements
- Completed training as a registered nurse, geriatric nurse, or equivalent qualification.
- Love for the profession and empathy.
- Reliability, diligence, and communication skills.
- Teamwork and sociability.
- High level of social competence and empathy.
- Enjoyment of working with older people.
- Willingness to work shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Organizational skills focused on clients.
- Knowledge of handling nursing documentation according to legal requirements.
