About the Role
As an Integration Specialist, you will be the link between business requirements and technical implementation, becoming an expert in integrating our software into client projects. You will advise clients on optimizing their business processes during software implementation, including on-site consultations. Your role involves analyzing client processes, defining customization needs, and overseeing implementation with software development teams. You will also conduct functional and system tests and support the acceptance process.

Requirements
- Several years of professional experience in private health insurance (e.g., in contract, claims, tariff, product modeling, or new product introduction).
- Experience with software system introductions in the insurance industry is a plus.
- Strong knowledge of private health insurance processes.
- Interest in IT and willingness to deepen technical knowledge.
- Strong conceptual and analytical skills with quick comprehension.
- Persuasiveness and drive for implementation in client projects.
- Solution-oriented work approach.
- Enjoyment of consulting.
- Curiosity about Artificial Intelligence and use of AI-powered tools.
- Very good German language skills (at least C1 level).
