About the Role
The Parker Jewish Institute is seeking dedicated Call Center Representatives for its Family Call Center. This role is crucial for patient and family communication, providing excellent customer service and addressing concerns.
Responsibilities

Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Prior experience working in a call center or high volume customer service role
- Prior experience working in a health care environment is a plus
- Proficient in Microsoft Office including Excel, data entry, documentation, and report generation
