Responsibilities
- Deal with a diverse range of risk and compliance related queries and initiatives from across the business.
- Provide risk management support to the Firm and its international offices.
- Ensure adherence to legal and regulatory frameworks.
Requirements
- Qualified solicitor with a minimum of 5 years' post-qualification experience.
- Experience working in the internal risk or general counsel department of a global or City law firm.
- Proven experience in drafting, reviewing, and negotiating commercial contracts.
- Strong working knowledge of relevant statutory and regulatory regimes, including the UK GDPR, SRA Standards and Regulations, the UK Bribery Act 2010, and laws relating to market abuse and insider trading.
