About the Role
Our branded retail team is the heart of our success, representing the welcoming spirit of our company. We are looking for individuals passionate about technology, who enjoy connecting with people and thrive in a supportive team environment.
Responsibilities
- Enhance the retail experience in our stores by connecting with customers and matching their needs to our products.
- Find opportunities, anticipate customer needs, and deliver on sales targets.
- Engage customers through inbound and outbound outreach programs to grow sales and drive customer retention.
- Represent Rogers and Fido brands in-store and at local community events.
Requirements
- Experience developing strong connections with customers and team members through clear, effective communication.
- Ability to deliver against sales targets through exceptional customer service and strong product knowledge.
- Ability to quickly adjust to changing situations and find solutions to unexpected challenges.
- Minimum 32 hours availability weekly, including evenings, weekends, and statutory holidays.
- Must clear a criminal/credit background check and ID verification.
