About the Role

Caravel Law is seeking a driven and entrepreneurial lawyer with a passion for helping entrepreneurs build companies to join our non-traditional firm as a Start-up Lawyer.

Responsibilities

Advise growth companies on corporate legal matters, including company formation, shareholders’ agreements, legal entity management, and general commercial contract needs.

Requirements

A minimum of five years’ experience advising clients, ideally entrepreneurs and start-ups, preferably gained in private practice at a major Canadian law firm.
A call to the Ontario Bar and comfort working with both provincial and federal incorporations.
Strong organizational and project management skills.
The ability to work independently, manage priorities, and exercise sound judgment with limited supervision.
