About the Role

Fospha builds essential products for multi-million dollar media decisions, offering a full-stack development opportunity within an AI-first operating model. This role provides the chance to make a significant impact on the technical stack from day one, with senior engineer support and opportunities for ownership.

Responsibilities

Deliver small-to-medium features independently, including frontend UI in React/Next.js and backend services/APIs in Python, with decreasing need for direction.
Write clean, tested code and grow ownership within a system area.
Participate actively in code reviews and design discussions, providing and receiving feedback.
Own bug resolution, act on QA feedback, and improve test coverage.
Work with AI agents, learning to write specifications for AI-assisted engineering.
Collaborate with product managers, designers, and engineers to deliver software.
Participate in the full Software Development Lifecycle, including planning, execution, release, and monitoring.
Develop habits of ownership, consistent delivery, low rework, and skill growth.

Requirements

Some hands-on software engineering experience (internships, placements, personal/open-source projects, or up to ~2 years professional experience).
Working knowledge of React.js or Next.js.
Solid foundation in Python.
Some exposure to databases (SQL or NoSQL).
Comfortable being reviewed and iterating on feedback quickly.
Genuine attention to detail and interest in understanding root causes of issues.
Curiosity about AI-assisted development and willingness to learn spec-driven working methods.
Confident in asking for help and seeking clarity.
