About the Role
GetYourGuide is seeking a Senior Technical Recruiter to own end-to-end hiring for critical technical roles. This role requires deep recruiting expertise, a passion for technology and AI, and a commitment to operational excellence, contributing to the growth of the Talent Acquisition team.
Responsibilities
- Own the full recruiting lifecycle for technical roles, including sourcing, shortlisting, interviewing, offer negotiation, and closing.
- Collaborate with the Talent Acquisition team to build efficient hiring processes.
- Monitor recruitment dashboards and reports to maintain pipeline health and provide insights to hiring teams.
- Build and nurture a candidate network through market research, CRM engagement, and relationship management.
- Enhance the candidate experience by gathering feedback and implementing process improvements.
- Lead projects to improve TA function efficiency, such as workflow automation and AI tooling.
- Mentor and coach team members, sharing best practices and training on new tools.
Requirements
- 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience in a high-growth tech environment.
- Proven track record of closing senior technical talent.
- Understanding of technical roles to effectively communicate with engineers, data scientists, and product managers.
- Hands-on experience with AI tools and automation in recruiting workflows.
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder influencing skills.
- Solutions-first mindset with a focus on fixing issues and automating processes.
- Customer-first approach towards hiring managers and candidates.
