About the Role
Take-Two Interactive is seeking a motivated Manager to join its highly visible Corporate Development & Strategy team. This role involves driving M&A, investments, strategic initiatives, and the Company’s overall long-term strategy through rigorous quantitative and qualitative analyses.
Responsibilities
- Develop and refine financial models for assessing and valuing potential acquisitions, investments, and strategic initiatives.
- Monitor trends within the interactive entertainment industry to identify emerging opportunities.
- Conduct in-depth research and analysis on industry competitors and market developments.
- Assist in due diligence efforts for M&A and partnership opportunities.
- Assist with the preparation of presentations, memoranda, and reports for senior management and Board meetings.
- Assist with new initiatives driven by the Corporate Development group, including new business unit creation, post-acquisition integration, and business model innovation.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in Investment Banking, Private Equity, and/or Corporate Development.
- Prior experience in the interactive entertainment industry is preferred.
- Proficiency in building financial/operating models and a thorough understanding of valuation methodologies (DCF, Precedent Transactions, Public Trading Comparables, SOTP, etc.).
- Advanced skills in Excel and PowerPoint.
- Highly organized, proactive, and capable of managing multiple initiatives in a fast-paced environment.
- Exceptional analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to communicate in a highly effective manner both written & verbally.
