About the Role
INVNT is seeking a Senior Video Producer to join their NYC Digital Team, reporting directly to the Executive Producer of Video Production. This role involves managing video projects from conception to completion and requires a blend of creative and logistical expertise.
Responsibilities
- Manage video projects through pre-production, production, and post-production
- Hire and manage freelance video production crews and vendors
- Ideate with internal sales and marketing teams on new RFPs
- Mentor and grow associate producers
- Oversee internal production and post-production teams, gathering and communicating feedback
- Direct full-time and contract teams in video content execution
- Ensure quality control and maintain high production quality across all video projects
Requirements
- 8+ years of producing experience
- Proven ability to juggle multiple projects and clients
- Experience in sports content (editorial or branded) is a plus
- Ability to turn ideas into action with clinical precision
- Highly detail-oriented with the ability to work under tight deadlines in a highly matrixed organization
- Past experience in treatment and script writing, directing, and managing high-level agencies and clients
- Excellent storytelling capabilities transferable to video
- Strong communication skills for client interaction and directing teams
