About the Role
We are seeking a capable and hands-on Site Admin Engineer to support our on-ground team on the construction of high-end luxury accommodation projects in Dubai. You will lead daily reporting, collect necessary data, and oversee site inspections, ensuring all project documentation is up-to-date.
Responsibilities
- Fill in daily reports data into the software, collecting all necessary data from the Site Engineers (general information / weather conditions / personnel & equipment / work completed / materials & deliveries / inspections / safety / issues & delays).
- Organizing technical documentation, project plans, and reports.
- Ensuring projects adhere to safety, industry, and company standards.
- Analyzing operational problems to improve efficiency.
- Step in for the Site Engineer when necessary, attending high-level meetings and contributing to key strategic decisions.
- Maintain accurate records of site activities and progress reports, ensuring all changes and variations are tracked according to corporate routine.
- Keep record of all regular site inspections to ensure compliance with industry standards and make sure all corrective actions are met.
Requirements
- Completed at least 2 full-cycle projects, ideally in tourist regions.
- Proven track record in luxury villa or high-end residential construction.
- Strong knowledge of local building codes, regulations, and construction practices essential to successful delivery.
- Proficiency in English is required for communication with our international-based management team and some site teams.
Skills
- Proficiency in construction software and tools (Procore is a plus).
