About the Role

We are seeking a Business Process Consultant to join our team and shape how global top-tier clients operate, transform, and grow.

Responsibilities

Conducting interviews with key stakeholders to gather information about current ways of working
Mapping and designing organizational operating models, capabilities, and marketing processes
Defining and describing roles, responsibilities, and decision-rights frameworks
Developing and implementing solutions to support and improve clients' ways of working
Identifying areas of improvement and providing recommendations to optimize organizational performance, structure, and delivery effectiveness
Developing operational playbooks, training materials, and change/adoption strategies
Engaging and facilitating workshops with client stakeholders to build understanding and drive adoption of new processes, tools, or templates
Identifying opportunities to apply AI, automation, and data-driven insight to modernize client processes and improve operational performance
Owning end-to-end client workstreams related to ways of working, including project management and coordination

Requirements

A bachelor’s degree, preferably in business administration, marketing, social sciences, or a similar field
5-8 years of experience in Business Architecture, Process Consulting, Organization Design, Change Management or similar disciplines
Working knowledge of business architecture practices such as process design, value streams, and operating model design
Demonstrated ability to work in complex, matrixed environments, both independently and as part of a team
Ability to form and maintain cross-functional relationships and drive stakeholder alignment
Willingness to travel and be flexible
