About the Role
Manage and lead a team of Merchandisers responsible for in-store product execution, including shelf placement, displays, and cold equipment in large format stores. This role involves coaching and developing the team, and managing labor hours within budget.
Responsibilities
- Establish merchandising routes for employees.
- Manage labor hours within the specified budget.
- Establish and maintain communication with retail partners to implement programming.
- Conduct route rides to train, develop, and evaluate Merchandiser performance.
- Conduct bimonthly Merchandiser meetings and workshops.
- Work collaboratively across the organization and share best practices.
- Build a diverse organization that reflects Red Bull's values.
- Ensure the Merchandising team understands and adheres to Company standards.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in Direct Store Delivery (DSD) management.
- Experience managing a team of sales and/or merchandising employees.
- Valid US Driver's License.
- Ability to obtain a DOT Medical card.
- Ability to lift and transport up to 25 pounds of inventory and/or advertising displays.
- English proficiency; additional languages are an advantage.

- $60,000 - $90,000 + cash incentives
