About the Role
AF is seeking responsible Gym Attendant Team Members to maintain exceptional cleanliness and organization within our Health Clubs, while also providing assistance to members and prospective members for sales and general support.
Responsibilities
- Manage facility with top-notch cleaning and organizational skills.
- Provide exceptional customer service, including handling prospective members, addressing member needs, and ensuring security.
- Manage emails and daily marketing communications.
- Perform sales of Memberships and Personal Training.
- Conduct clerical office work, including CRM database management, filing, and payment tracking/billing.
- Maintain a positive and friendly attitude.
- Work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Travel to multiple locations.
Requirements
- Must have own reliable car.
- Must be willing to work at multiple locations (Mount Kisco NY, Pleasantville NY, Elmsford NY, Yorktown Heights NY).
- Must be willing to work a variety of tasks.
- Must be 18+ years of age.
- Must be able to work beyond the summer months.
- Must be willing to work evenings, weekends, and Holidays.
- Must have own reliable car.
