About the Role

Real Chemistry Media is seeking a Product Designer to define the functionality and user experience of their enterprise platform for omnichannel orchestration in healthcare marketing. This role offers significant ownership and influence in shaping the future of a rapidly growing product.

Responsibilities

  • Own the product design and user experience of the platform, from early exploration through shipped interface and iteration.
  • Maintain and evolve the design system for new features.
  • Work with front-end engineers to establish design-to-engineering best practices and workflows.
  • Set a high bar for design quality across the platform.
  • Design the appearance and user interaction for AI features.
  • Partner with product management and engineering on problem definition, scope, and sequencing.
  • Run research and usability sessions with users and translate findings into design decisions.

Requirements

  • 4+ years designing B2B or enterprise software interfaces for workflow-heavy products.
  • A portfolio showing component libraries, data display, and navigation and interaction patterns.
  • Experience designing data-dense interfaces that simplify complex tasks.
  • Technical fluency with front-end concepts and modern design-to-code workflows.
  • Experience designing AI and LLM-driven features.
  • Skill at breaking large, ambiguous problems into shippable pieces.
  • Expertise and enthusiasm about inclusive design and accessibility standards.
  • Ability to communicate design rationale and drive buy-in with technical and non-technical audiences.
