About the Role
Individuals in this role will be responsible for conducting tests on RF or digital printed circuit boards, subassemblies, or end products, logging information in technical databases, and performing basic troubleshooting. The role requires the ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a cross-functional team.
Responsibilities
- Follows Manufacturing Test Procedures (MTP) to perform automated and semi-automated tests on RF or digital printed circuit boards, subassemblies, or end products.
- Uses hand tools such as torque wrenches.
- Maintains consistent quality and productivity levels.
- Uses Microsoft Office programs.
- Identifies problems and contributes to process improvements.
- Willingness to learn and work in a fast-paced, flexible production environment.
- Works as part of a team and collaborates to accomplish tasks.
- Traversing across the production floor for the duration of their shift (up to 12 hours).
- Able to transport up to 25 lbs.
- Other duties as assigned.
- Ability to work overtime as needed.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent with 0-3 years prior experience.
- Must be capable logging information in technical databases.
- Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment with a cross-functional team.
Skills
- Basic troubleshooting skills
- Some electronics background
- L3Harris product knowledge
- Capable of identifying problems and contributing to process improvements through the L3Harris E3 continuous improvement process
- Strong Customer Focus
