About the Role

This role is responsible for recruiting and growing European shippers for Amazon Freight services, supporting the commercial team with sales-related activities, and providing a warm introduction to inbound inquiries.

Responsibilities

Perform high volume outbound phone calls for sales pitching to establish customer benefit from Amazon Freight services.
Launch new or grow existing shippers (customers).
Manage high volumes of inbound sales inquiries via email and CRM software.
Assist new customers with self-service tools and provide first-contact customer service.
Qualify leads for the Sales team to convert into revenue opportunities.
Provide a warm introduction to inbound inquiries.
Act on outbound sales campaigns to understand customer base potential.
Work with senior Business Development Managers to advance complex requests into revenue opportunities.
Approach high volumes of clients with enthusiasm.
Help clients unlock their full potential by pitching services, supporting onboarding, or integrating into Amazon Freight services.
Welcome inbound customer applications.
Ensure the best first impression for customers.
Seek to uncover future growth opportunities.
Collaborate with the senior sales team to support customer transport needs.

Requirements

Experience in sales, account management, or customer service.
Advanced proficiency in the local language (written and verbal, C1 CEFR).
Relevant experience working with MS Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) in a professional environment.
Experience working with multiple internal and external stakeholders (sellers, customers, key accounts).
Experience in at least one of the following: transportation, logistics, operations, financial analysis, retail buying, retail planning & allocation, consulting, negotiation, supply chain, telemarketing.
Experience using CRMs such as SalesForce.
Experience using data tools such as Alchemy, Tableau, or Google Analytics.
