About the Role
Imperial Cleaning is seeking a dedicated HR Assistant to support the HR department in various administrative and recruiting tasks. This role is crucial for ensuring a smooth onboarding process and maintaining efficient HR operations within a growing company.
Responsibilities
- Assist with employment and onboarding processes, including background checks and offer letters for custodial technician positions.
- Act as a liaison between hiring managers and candidates to complete the onboarding process.
- Review applications for quality and scheduling purposes.
- Maintain and update the applicant tracking system.
- Provide recruiting support to the HR department.
- Coordinate, conduct, and assist with screening/interviews.
- Handle incoming phone calls and emails.
- Ensure smooth flow of information between employees and Human Resources.
- Enter employee data into the applicant tracking system.
- Troubleshoot system issues.
- Assist with other HR-related administrative tasks such as verification letters and system password resets.
- Perform other tasks as assigned by management.
Requirements
- Bi-lingual (English-Spanish) is a must.
- This is an in-office role, 5 days per week 8am-5pm.
