About the Role

As a Warehouse Manager, you will oversee the day-to-day operations of the warehouse, including receiving, staging, shipping, and inventory management. You will also support field operations by driving and assisting with deliveries when needed, leading, organizing, and improving warehouse operations.

Responsibilities

Receive, count, and verify incoming shipments against packing lists for accuracy.
Inspect deliveries for damage and document discrepancies.
Pick, stage, and prepare orders for delivery to job sites.
Coordinate logistics for incoming and outgoing shipments.
Manage inventory using warehouse management software or digital tools.
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment.
Assist in developing and refining warehouse procedures and systems.
Perform basic maintenance and general upkeep in and around the warehouse and office.
Support field teams with deliveries and other warehouse-related tasks, including operating company vehicles.
Take on additional duties as assigned to support operational efficiency.

Requirements

Three or more years of experience in a warehouse, logistics, distribution, or construction materials environment.
At least one year of experience in a lead or supervisory role.
Valid driver’s license and ability to safely operate company vehicles.
Ability to lift 50+ pounds and perform physically demanding tasks regularly.
Basic computer skills, including email and familiarity with Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, or similar.
Willingness to learn and adopt new warehouse technologies, systems, and processes.
Comfort using hand tools and general warehouse equipment.
Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
Clear, practical communication skills and a problem-solving mindset.
