About the Role

Supporting the Anjunabeats and Anjunadeep label teams and the Operations team, you will gain experience of the day-to-day workings of a record label business. You will assist Product Managers with music product releases, and work as part of the Operations team ensuring the smooth running of our London office. This is a fast-paced role where you will be required to juggle multiple responsibilities at once, sometimes working to tight deadlines. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong organisational skills, an eye for detail, and a passion for dance music who is eager to start their career in the music industry.

Responsibilities

  • Supporting daily office operations, including opening and closing procedures, and maintaining a tidy and safe environment.
  • Managing front desk duties, including greeting visitors, answering phones, and handling inquiries.
  • Handling incoming and outgoing post and parcels, including courier bookings.
  • Overseeing kitchen and bathroom supplies, maintaining stock levels, and ensuring a well-presented kitchen area.
  • Managing supplies in the recording studio and supporting the Studio Manager with maintaining a tidy environment.
  • Organizing and managing physical product inventory, including merchandise, CDs, and vinyl.
  • Managing office supply stock and maintaining an organized stationery cupboard.
  • Supporting the organization and logistics of meetings, staff social events, and other events.
  • Assisting staff with ad hoc tasks and providing operational support.
  • Assisting in the preparation, marketing, and reporting of music releases.
  • Filing and organizing audio and visual assets within server and cloud-sharing services.
  • Entering data into the release schedule and maintaining its accuracy.
  • Researching, booking, and assisting with the setup and execution of label marketing events, shoots, and content days.
  • Managing and optimizing video and audio uploads on YouTube and SoundCloud.
  • Researching streaming and sales data using tools like FUGA, Chartmetric, Songstats, and DSP backends, and compiling reports.
  • Taking minutes during team meetings and managing task lists for product managers.
  • Briefing and creating social media assets to assist in the marketing of releases.
  • Performing basic video editing tasks using Adobe Premiere Pro and Adobe After Effects.
  • Performing basic graphic editing tasks using Adobe Photoshop.
  • Performing basic audio editing tasks using Ableton Live.
  • Providing feedback on long-form video content, including filmed DJ sets.

  • Knowledge of DSPs and their basic functionality (Spotify, Apple Music, Amazon Music, Deezer, YouTube, Soundcloud, Beatport).
  • Strong accuracy and attention to detail.
