About the Role
Atria Health Institute is a membership-based primary and specialty health care practice focused on prevention and longevity. We are seeking a dedicated Pharmacy Technician to join our team and contribute to our mission of making healthspan and lifespan equal for all.
Responsibilities
- Prepares, packages, and distributes medications under the supervision of a registered pharmacist.
- Performs clerical duties related to pharmacy operations.
- Selects drugs from stock, counts, pours, or mixes pharmaceuticals.
- Places pharmaceutical products in appropriate containers and affixes labels.
- Packages and ships medication packages.
- Monitors prescription inventory for expired pharmaceuticals.
- Receives prescriptions, obtains information, and enters data into a computerized system to create patient profiles.
- Maintains the pharmacy in a clean and orderly condition.
- Provides excellent customer service to patients and medical professionals via phone or in person.
- Maintains confidentiality of protected health information (PHI).
- Maintains pharmacy filing systems, including hard copy, signature logs, and invoices.
- Prepares and tracks delivery instructions and invoices.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
Requirements
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to effectively communicate with internal and external customers.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to function well in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.

Salary/Compensations
- $20 - $25 per hour
