About the Role
The 2027 BNY Analyst Program in Risk and Compliance offers hands-on experience in managing risk across global teams. Analysts will gain an understanding of how strong governance and consistent standards support the firm, working in key areas such as credit, market, liquidity, technology, operational, compliance, model, and enterprise risk.
Responsibilities
- Support risk and compliance activities by helping teams apply frameworks, policies, and oversight practices across the firm.
- Analyze information, identify trends, and assess how risks are being managed across businesses, processes, and functions.
- Assist with reviews, reporting, and documentation that support governance, monitoring, and compliance efforts.
- Gain exposure to key risk areas such as credit, market, liquidity, operational, technology, compliance, model, and enterprise risk.
Requirements
- Enrollment in a 4-year undergraduate degree program with a strong focus on business-related and/or technology-related majors preferred.
- Graduating in Dec 2026 or May 2027 (U.S.).
- Minimum cumulative GPA of 3.0 or better.
- Does not require sponsorship for employment visa status (now or in the future) in the country where applying.
