About the Role
The Trading Analyst Program offers driven students hands-on exposure to trade support, transaction processing, operational controls, client servicing, and process improvement within BNY's Trading Execution/CIO Practice. Analysts will gain insight into trading workflows and the trade lifecycle, support reporting, analysis, and issue resolution, and build an understanding of market structure, risk management, and the importance of accuracy, controls, and cross-functional partnership in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Monitor trade activity and help review pricing, liquidity, and execution details in a fast-moving environment.
- Support reconciliations, reporting, and control processes that help maintain accuracy and operational integrity.
- Use data and tools to identify trends, investigate exceptions, and support performance analysis.
- Gain exposure to how markets, trading workflows, and risk controls connect across teams and systems.
Requirements
- Enrollment in a 4-year undergraduate degree program with a strong focus on business-related and/or technology-related majors preferred.
- Graduating in Dec 2026 or May 2027 (U.S.).
- Minimum cumulative GPA of 3.0 or better.
- Does not require sponsorship for employment visa status (now or in the future) in the country where applying.
