About the Role
The Product Management Analyst Program offers driven students hands-on exposure to product development, delivery execution, market research, process improvement, and client-focused design within BNY's Delivery/Product/Design Practice. Analysts will gain insight into the product lifecycle, support analysis and documentation, and collaborate across teams to bring solutions to market in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Research market trends, competitor activity, and client needs to inform product priorities and positioning.
- Support roadmap development by organizing requirements, synthesizing feedback, and evaluating trade-offs.
- Track product adoption, usage, and performance metrics to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
- Partner with product, sales, marketing, and delivery teams to move ideas from concept to launch support.
Requirements
- Enrollment in a 4-year undergraduate degree program with a strong focus on business-related and/or technology-related majors preferred.
- Graduating in Dec 2026 or May 2027 (U.S.).
- Minimum cumulative GPA of 3.0 or better.
- Does not require sponsorship for employment visa status (now or in the future) in the country where applying.
