About the Role

This role is responsible for shaping, building, and sustaining the company's executive capability by owning the end-to-end lifecycle of top leadership talent, balancing external acquisition with internal development.

Responsibilities

  • Set the global executive search strategy, defining how to attract top-tier talent for SLT and ELT roles.
  • Guide and empower the TA Manager for Executive Hiring to ensure seamless search execution.
  • Drive senior leadership capability and development by partnering with People Business Partners.
  • Lead the annual process for identifying critical senior roles and positioning high-potential leaders.
  • Oversee performance and potential assessments for executive tiers and create succession pipelines.
  • Conduct targeted leadership assessments and build tailored L&D plans.
  • Build succession plans for key roles and design development pathways to close capability gaps.
  • Inform executive stakeholders and the Board on leadership capability, talent pipelines, and succession.
  • Manage and optimize executive talent budgets.

Requirements

  • Proven track record of building succession plans and conducting leadership assessments.
  • Ability to articulate reasoning in plain, business-focused terms.
  • Ability to guide, develop, and support direct reports without micromanaging.
