About the Role
The Chief Operating Office (COO) practice focuses on operational excellence, business management, governance, execution discipline, and enterprise enablement. This role supports teams across BNY in delivering consistent, efficient, and well-governed outcomes, aligning with the Platform Operating Model and driving continuous improvement.
Responsibilities
- Support day-to-day activities and strategic initiatives within the Chief Operating Office (COO)
- Conduct research and analysis on operational processes, performance metrics, and business priorities
- Help track action items, risks, milestones, and deliverables across ongoing projects
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and operational efficiency
- Assist with documentation of business procedures, workflows, and governance materials
Requirements
- Enrollment in a 3-year undergraduate degree program with a strong focus on business-related and/or technology-related majors preferred
- Graduating in 2027
- Minimum cumulative 2:1 or better
- Does not require sponsorship for employment visa status (now or in the future) in the country where applying
