About the Role
NBCUniversal is seeking a motion graphics artist to assist in the design, creation, and editing of still and motion graphics for broadcast. The role involves delivering graphic elements, conceptualizing original motion title designs, and performing VFX duties.
Responsibilities
- Assist in design, creation and edit of still and motion graphics
- Deliver graphic elements and motion graphic packages as specified for broadcast
- Conceptualize and execute original motion title designs
- Research and request photos from photo editors
- Create photorealistic Photoshop composites from existing stock imagery
- Perform VFX duties including tracking, rotoscoping, and compositing
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Fine Art or related field
- At least two years professional (film, TV or advertising) experience working in motion graphics or adjacent field
- Demonstrated proficiency in Adobe After Effects, Photoshop and Illustrator
- Knowledge of various audio, video and image file formats and ability to convert or compress to various required specifications
- Must be willing to submit to a background investigation
- Must be 18 years or older
- Must have unrestricted work authorization to work in the United States
- Must be able to work extended hours, weekends, and holidays as required
