Responsibilities
- Lead projects or functional areas/domains within the Engine team and platform (Senior Engineer)
- Contribute to our award-winning platform and internal tooling
- Build new features and products from scratch in a configurable way
- Share knowledge with team members, contributing to a learning culture
- Own projects, working in small teams across the bank to collaboratively deliver
- Aim for greatness, staying curious and inquisitive
- Be part of a scaling team and organization
Requirements
- Aptitude and attitude are valued over specific experience or qualifications
- Willingness to code in Java, though expertise is not required upon joining
- Belief in clean coding, simple solutions, automated testing, and continuous deployment
- Ability to find elegant solutions to difficult technical problems
- Interest in working on tooling used by engineers daily
- Ability to work across teams to achieve great things
- Engaged and caring about customers, code, and contributions to global banking
