About the Role
As a Food & Beverage Team Member, you will be responsible for delivering excellent customer service across the hotel's food and beverage outlets. Your duties will include welcoming guests, taking orders, serving meals and beverages, preparing areas, maintaining cleanliness, processing payments, replenishing stock, and ensuring guests receive friendly and efficient service.
